At its sixth meeting held in Geneva from 28 April to 10 May 2013, the Conference of the Parties to the Rotterdam Convention agreed on the decisions contained in annex I to the report of the meeting, document UNEP/FAO/RC/COP.6/20. Some of the decisions include invitations to parties and others to provide information.
The Executive Secretaries sent a letter on 3 October 2013 to parties and observers to transmit information requests contained in these decisions. The information requests are organized by decision.
Information in response to the request(s) in each decision can be transmitted separately, since the deadlines vary.
