Notifications of final regulatory actions

Within its mandate in its current programme of work for 2022-2023, the Committee was requested to identify and review issues being faced by Parties in relation to the notification of final regulatory actions, in particular with regards to the information requirements in Annex I and make recommendations to the Conference of the Parties.

The Committee finalized a questionnaire for the identification of issues being faced by Parties in relation to the notification of final regulatory actions and requested the Secretariat, subject to the availability of resources, to make it available to Parties in English, French and Spanish, with an invitation to complete it by 30 June 2023.

The questionnaire was circulated by email on 13 March 2023 to all Parties in English, French and Spanish with an invitation to complete it by 30 June 2023.
